GNK plastic-cased ceiling type evaporators offer an effective and reliable solution for cold room systems. With its durable plastic casing, it provides high resistance to corrosion and ensures long-lasting use. Additionally, its lightweight structure and compact design allow easy installation on cold room ceilings, saving space while enhancing energy efficiency.

GNK evaporators optimize airflow within the cold room, keeping food, pharmaceuticals, or other sensitive products at the ideal temperature. By ensuring uniform air distribution, it minimizes temperature differences, ensuring equal cooling for all products. Its energy efficiency and low noise levels offer significant advantages for industrial use. High-performance fans and efficient heat transfer make the cooling process faster and more efficient.

Coils

Manufactured in pipe diameter of 3/8" with wall thickness of 0,35 mm in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 4,5 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 32x28 mm.

To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.

Cabinet

GNK Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporators' cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.

Fan

GNK Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporators use fans with diameters of Ø250, Ø300 mm.

Defrost

Optional E1 or E2 electric defrost application can be provided upon request.

Capacity

Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 Standards for R404A refrigerant gas based on European fans.

Testing

The GNK Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporators are tested at 40 bar and shipped with 6 bar nitrogen.

Lorem Ipsum, adı bilinmeyen bir matbaacının bir hurufat numune kitabı oluşturmak üzere bir yazı galerisini alarak karıştırdığı 1500'lerden beri endüstri standardı sahte metinler olarak kullanılmıştır. Beşyüz yıl boyunca varlığını sürdürmekle kalmamış, aynı zamanda pek değişmeden elektronik dizgiye de sıçramıştır. 1960'larda Lorem Ipsum pasajları da içeren Letraset yapraklarının yayınlanması ile ve yakın zamanda Aldus PageMaker gibi Lorem Ipsum sürümleri içeren masaüstü yayıncılık yazılımları ile popüler olmuştur.
