Maximize Cold Room Performance with Shock Evaporators

The efficient operation of cold rooms and the long-lasting freshness of products are directly related to the quality of the equipment used. Particularly in the critical freezing process, the system's performance is of utmost importance. Rapid shock freezing preserves the nutritional value, texture, and freshness of food products while ensuring they are stored hygienically.

Shock evaporators play a crucial role in the cold room, helping to evenly distribute air and maintain consistent temperatures. This ensures that all products are frozen at the same rate, preserving quality standards. Additionally, a well-designed cold room system enhances energy efficiency, optimizing operational costs.

Coils

Manufactured in pipe diameters of 1/2" and 5/8" with wall thicknesses of 0.35 mm and 0.40 mm, in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 10 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 56x48 mm.

To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.

Cabinet

GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporators cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.

Fan

GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporator uses a fan with a diameter of Ø630 mm.

Defrost

Optional electric defrost applications of type E3 are available.

Capacity

Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 standards for R404A gas based on European fans.

Test

GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporators are tested at 40 bar and delivered with nitrogen at 6 bar.

Lorem Ipsum, adı bilinmeyen bir matbaacının bir hurufat numune kitabı oluşturmak üzere bir yazı galerisini alarak karıştırdığı 1500'lerden beri endüstri standardı sahte metinler olarak kullanılmıştır. Beşyüz yıl boyunca varlığını sürdürmekle kalmamış, aynı zamanda pek değişmeden elektronik dizgiye de sıçramıştır. 1960'larda Lorem Ipsum pasajları da içeren Letraset yapraklarının yayınlanması ile ve yakın zamanda Aldus PageMaker gibi Lorem Ipsum sürümleri içeren masaüstü yayıncılık yazılımları ile popüler olmuştur.

Lorem Ipsum pasajının ilk satırı olan "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet" 1.10.32 sayılı bölümdeki bir satırdan gelmektedir.

1500'lerden beri kullanılmakta olan standard Lorem Ipsum metinleri ilgilenenler için yeniden üretilmiştir. Çiçero tarafından yazılan 1.10.32 ve 1.10.33 bölümleri de 1914 H. Rackham çevirisinden alınan İngilizce sürümleri eşliğinde özgün biçiminden yeniden üretilmiştir.

Lorem Ipsum pasajlarının birçok çeşitlemesi vardır. Ancak bunların büyük bir çoğunluğu mizah katılarak veya rastgele sözcükler eklenerek değiştirilmişlerdir. Eğer bir Lorem Ipsum pasajı kullanacaksanız, metin aralarına utandırıcı sözcükler gizlenmediğinden emin olmanız gerekir.
